The purpose of this Policy is to provide information about Link Rep, LLC (“LINKREP.COM”) practices concerning the collection, use and disclosure of personal information. Personal Information
At any time users may visit Our Websites without signing on to an account, identifying themselves or revealing any personal information. Users who do not sign on to Our Websites will be considered “visitors”. Our Websites’ server does not have access to and does not collect the personal information of “visitors”. Our Websites may place cookies on visitors’ and Members’ hard drives to collect aggregate generic information concerning the number of visitors to Our Websites and pages viewed. This information is used for analysis of traffic at Our Websites only. Certain information about visitors’ and Members’ behavior on Our Websites is automatically collected. This information is used for internal research purposes only so that LINKREP.COM may better understand and serve its Members . Information collected may include the URL address visited immediately prior to Our Websites, the URL visited immediately following Our Websites, the Internet browser type used and IP address Our Website was accessed from. This data is reviewed and analyzed on a collective basis and will not be linked to the identity of any individual member or visitor.

There may be times when LINKREP.COM will require personal information. However, Our Websites will attempt to make it as clear as possible what information is being collected and why. For example, when a user becomes a Member via one of Our Websites, he or she will be required to create a registration profile for the membership account with information such as name, residential address, and email address(es). This information is used to fulfill Member requests for products and services, to contact Members about new products and services, and to provide a more efficient and personalized user experience on Our Websites. Similarly, when a user files a Third Party SPAM Complaint through one of Our Websites with a sign on account feature, the Member will be required to provide his or her name, LINKREP.COM account number, and/or email address. This information is used to confirm receipt of the Third Party SPAM Complaint and to contact the Member about options should the bulk emailer not comply with LINKREP.COM’S removal request.

The following information is not considered personal information for purposes of this Policy: the name, title, business address, and telephone number of an employee of any organization.

Amendments to Personal Information

Cookies A cookie is a piece of data sent from a website to a user’s Internet browser and stored on the user’s hard drive for future reference. When LINKREP.COM needs to share a Member’s information to provide the product or service the Member has requested. For example, LINKREP.COM must supply a bulk emailer with a Member’s email address in order to request that the bulk emailer cease sending the Member unwanted email. LINKREP.COM has no control over whether or not these companies share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes.

When LINKREP.COM responds to subpoenas, court orders or legal process or requests from law enforcement officials, national security officials, or for the maintenance of historical records. LINKREP.COM will disclose personal information when it believes it is appropriate to do so to comply with law.

LINKREP.COM will disclose personal information when it believes it is appropriate to do so to protect the rights, property, or safety of LINKREP.COM or other persons.

When LINKREP.COM has a Member’s oral or written consent to share the information. LINKREP.COM may seek a Member’s consent to disclose information for other purposes than described in this statement in the future.

LINKREP.COM may share aggregated demographic information with its affiliates and sponsors. This information will not be linked to the identity of any individual person. Links Our Websites contain hyperlinks to other websites maintained by third parties. This Policy does not apply to any such websites. LINKREP.COM is not responsible for the privacy practices of these other websites or the way such other websites manage personal information. LINKREP.COM encourages its users and Members to be aware when they leave Our Websites and to read the privacy statements of every web site that collects personally identifiable information.

Security/Control of Membership Information
Member profile information on Our Websites is password protected for privacy and security reasons. If LINKREP.COM’S services, are no longer desired, a Member may have his or her personal registration profile information removed from LINKREP.COM’S database by calling Customer Service or sending an email with his or her name, address, and Membership Account No. to:

Members should always protect against unauthorized access to their computers and passwords. LINKREP.COM is not responsible for any disclosure of personal information resulting from a user or Member’s failure to take adequate precautions.

When LINKREP.COM requests sensitive information from its users or Members at checkout such as credit card number, that information is SSL encrypted by a minimum 40-bit secure server software so that it is protected from interception and hacking as it travels over the Internet. If a Member requests that LINKREP.COM store his or her credit card number for use in future transactions, credit card information will be stored in LINKREP.COM’S database. In subsequent uses, only the last four digits of the card number will be displayed on screen for verification purposes.

Promotional Information
Members will occasionally receive a newsletter or other information regarding LINKREP.COM’S products, services and special promotions. Out of respect for Members’ privacy LINKREP.COM offers the option to not receive these types of communications. If a Member no longer wishes to receive the newsletter or other communications from LINKREP.COM, he or she may opt-out of receiving these communications by following the Opt Out instructions in the communication. Or, Members may also email their requests to Optout@LINKREP.COM and reference their username.

Business Transfers
In the event that LINKREP.COM transfers some or all of its assets, or one of LINKREP.COM’S business units is acquired, Member information will likely included in the transfer.

Compliance

Notification of Changes; Conditions of Use
LINKREP.COM may change, amend, or update this Privacy Policy upon prior notice posted on Our Websites. Members and users should consult the Privacy Policy prior to each visit to Our Websites. If LINKREP.COM makes any changes that may substantially affect the use of its Members’ personal information, it will notify the Membership via a prominent posting on Our Websites. If a Member does not agree with the changes, amendments, or updates, he or she may request that their personal information be removed from LINKREP.COM’S database as described above.
